Nahai — Our December–April Spot
Nahai is a quiet sandy beach, about 2 km, on the east coast of Koh Samui. From December to April the E–SE wind blows onto this coast (north-east in December–January). Typical wind is 12–20 knots, most consistent and strongest from January to March.
From December to April the whole club is based here — kitesurfing, wing foil, windsurfing and e-foil lessons, plus kayak and SUP, rental and storage. On days without enough wind we switch to e-foil, kayak and SUP.
The beach runs south from Hua Thanon village, next to The Ocean Resort; Lamai, with restaurants and accommodation for every budget, is 10–15 minutes away by car. Water is 27–30°C all year — no wetsuit needed.
Location & Access
Nahai Beach is about 35–40 minutes by car from Samui International Airport (USM), which has direct flights from Bangkok. Taxis, songthaews, scooter rental and Grab/Bolt all serve Nahai.

Nahai is our December–April spot. The wind blows onto the east coast from December to April — north-east in December–January, east to south-east from February — typically 12–20 knots and most consistent January–March. IKO-certified instructors run all our courses here during the season.
Yes. From December to April our Discovery, Full Beginner and Independent courses all run at Nahai. Instructors choose session times and kite sizes to match the day's wind, and you get the exact meeting point on WhatsApp.
NE wind in December–January, turning E–SE from February to April — typically 12–20 knots. From May to October the wind switches to SW, so the whole club moves to Nathon Beach on the west coast.
